SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

Free Shipping - Delivery time is around 10-23 business days.
Express Shipping ($5) - Delivery time is around 7-18 business days. (Europe)

* Digital Order Files are send to your email address 10-15 minutes after the order is placed and digital orders cannot be cancelled/refunded!-

Sometimes shipping delays might happen because of any special reasons that we cannot control.. so please if you experience this situation contact us at tartarialivestl@gmail.com so we can give you the update and we can speed up the process as more as we can.

2. Processing and Cancellation Time. 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order.  You can cancel the order within 6 hours after the order was placed by contacting us via email address: tartarialivestl@gmail.com

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, if you have selected Express Shipping or if your order is more than $50 you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website's tracking page or the courier's website (link will be provided in the shipping email).

4. International Shipping

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.   We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes to our shipping policy will be communicated on our website. We kindly ask our customers to read and take notes before making a purchase. We will automatically assume that the customer has accepted all the terms outlined above.
